ORDER

Heard learned senior counsel Sri Vedula Venkataramana for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

Petitioner states that he purchased the land of an extent of Ac.2.11 gts under registered sale deed dated 09.06.1970 from Abdul Kareem, Abdul Raheem and Abdul Ghani, who purchased the land of an extent of Ac.6.32 gts in Sy.No.1361 situated at Koratla Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, in an auction under Rule 9 of the Laoni Rules, 1950. He further states that he applied for issuance of no-objection certificate from the first respondent and that the first respondent issued no-objection certificate by proceedings dated 02.04.2008. Accordingly, he executed an agreement of salecum-general power of attorney on 09.06.2008 and the same was registered. However, he came to know that the first respondent issued a letter dated 21.06.2008 to the Sub-Registrar, Koratla, staying the no-objection certificate earlier issued on 02.04.2008. He states that he submitted a representation on 16.09.2008 requesting the first respondent to reconsider the matter and withdraw the order of stay dated 21.06.2008. Since no action was taken by the first respondent, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

Submission of representation by the petitioner was admitted by the respondents in their counter affidavit and in the circumstances, since no notice was issued to the petitioner before

ARLR, J W.P.No.26913 of 2008 staying the operation of the earlier no-objection certificate issued by proceedings dated 02.04.2008, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 16.09.2008 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If a copy of the representation is not available on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in order to enable the first respondent to pass appropriate orders.
