No representation for the petitioners, who are arraigned as accused Nos.2 to 6 and 8 to 11, respectively, in F.I.R. No.712 of 2013 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, on a complaint referred to the police under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 341, 342, 356, 357, 447, 452, 448 and 117 read with Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, filed by respondent No.2 - de facto complainant viz., N.P. Subbaiah Naidu.

The de facto complainant is represented by his counsel Sri Sricharan Telaprolu.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would represent that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and even the same was taken on file as C.C. No.390 of 2014 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur and it ended in acquittal on completion of trial by the judgment dated 28.07.2015. He has placed the instructions also given by the concerned Station House Officer. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

ASN,J Crl.P. No.708 of 2014 As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition, stand closed.
