THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10938 OF 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 09.04.2018 before the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if necessary. 2.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the event of any fresh cause of action arises and for the same cause of action, no fresh writ petition can be filed. 3.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
