.. Respondents The Court made the following:
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents and perused material available on record. 2.
Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.8-17 guntas in Sy.No.60/B of Guduru village, Palamurthy Revenue mandal, Jangoan district. According to the petitioner, her grand father was the owner of total land admeasuring Ac.16-35 guntas in Sy.No.60/B of Guduru village and after his demise, petitioner's father succeeded over the said property and after the death of her father, petitioner and her brother succeeded to the subject property and the said extent was equally divided between petitioner and her bother and thus petitioner became absolute owner of land admeasuring Ac.8-17 guntas in Sy.No.60/B of Guduru village. Petitioner alleges that in the recent revenue survey conducted by the Government, petitioner was issued pattadar passbook for only Ac.1-17 guntas instead of Ac.8-17 guntas in Sy.No.
60/B of Guduru village. In this regard, petitioner made representation dated 30.3.2019 to the Respondent authorities, requesting to issue pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Ac.8-17 guntas in Sy.No.60/B of Guduru village. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, the present writ petition is filed.
3.
According to the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents, a detailed procedure is required to be followed for correction of revenue records and in this regard, petitioner has to make an application in the prescribed format in Form 6-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'), for
mutation and issuance of a pattadar passbook and title deed in relation to the subject land.
4.
It appears no such application is made by the petitioner. Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an application under Form 6-A of the Act to the authorities concerned, requesting for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook in relation to land admeasuring Ac.8-17 guntas in Sy.No.60/B of Guduru village, Palamurthy Revenue mandal, Jangoan district. If any such application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate action be taken within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
5.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 8.7.2019 DA
