This application is filed to divide the items 1, 2 and 8 of schedule IV A of the suit schedule between the petitioners herein on one hand and the respondents on the other hand, and pass a final decree in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
