HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.13461 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14242 of 2019, dated 11.07.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to forward the proposals submitted by the 4th respondent to the 1st respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such proposal being received, the 1st respondent shall consider the same in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
