THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Civil Revision Petition No.1590 of 2019 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition is that the Interlocutory Application No.39 of 2019 in Original Suit No.43 of 2019, in which the petitioners are respondents, is not being disposed of by the Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar.

In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District to dispose of Interlocutory Application No.39 of 2019 in Original Suit No.43 of 2019 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the respondent also.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
