A copy of the order dated 06.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.45459 of 2016 is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed. Interim order dated 15.09.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
