ML,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 It is submitted that in the order dated 06.06.2023 passed by this Court in the present matter, bail was granted to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said conditions, it was mentioned that bail bonds shall be executed to the satisfaction of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, LB Nagar, RR District, instead of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. Such a mistake was on account of error in the petition and it needs to be corrected.

In view of the above, this application is allowed modifying the order dated 06.06.2023 in Crl.P.No.4782 of 2023 to the effect that bail bonds shall be executed to the satisfaction of XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by making said correction.
