HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13199 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in interfering with the day to day affairs of the petitioners by calling them to police station, in connection with F.I.R.No.47 of 2018, dated 24-08-2018, though they were not even arrayed as accused.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after investigating into the Cr.No.47 of 2018, dated 24-08-2018 it is found that the petitioners were involved in the crime, as such they were called to the police station.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was also issued to the petitioners and reply is filed by them.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 08-07-2019 Nvl
