HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17057 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 seek direction thereby directing the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, to admit them on bail in the event of arrest in connection with F.I.R. No.224 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 323, 342, 354, 384, 420, 506 r/w 34 I.P.C.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioners in the present case, custodial interrogation is required. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to anticipatory bail. 3.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
