This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 30.12.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33394 of 2011. Ms. B. Geeta, learned counsel, representing Sri V. Mallik, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order dated 30.12.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33394 of 2011 has been complied with and, therefore, she is not pressing the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed as not pressed.
