ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"... to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his agricultural lands of an extent of Acs.5.94 cents and an extent of Ac.1.24 cents in Survey Nos.2/1 and 6/2, respectively, of Veeravalli Palem Village, Ayanavilli Mandal, Amalapuram Revenue Division, East Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative
of principles of natural justice, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and the Rules made thereunder, and violative of Article-300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the said lands without following due process of law"
At the hearing, Mr. Y.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.40298 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
