Heard Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent Nos.1 to 4, Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 and Sri N.Venkateswara Reddy learned counsel for respondent No.7.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is alleged inaction on the part of respondent Nos.1 to 6 in taking action for removal of encroachment said to have been made by respondent No.7 over Grama Kantam land, admeasuring 10 cents situated at SC Colony, Krosuru Grama Panchayat, Guntur District. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite representations made to the District Collector, no action has been taken by the respondents.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat that no representation has been received from the petitioner herein so far and in view of the same the Gram Panchayat authorities cannot be faulted with. However, if any representation is made by the petitioner for redressal of his grievance, the same would be verified and considered as per law. 5.

Keeping in view the nature of controversy and taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner,

AVSS, J W.P.No. 10915 of 2018 learned Government Pleader and the learned advocates for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit fresh representation for redressal of grievance to the respondent - Gram Panchayat, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the same may be considered and verified and appropriate action may be taken strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
