O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 - revenue authorities in not deleting the subject lands of the petitioners' from the register maintained under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 and also the in inaction of the respondents 5 and 6 - registering authorities, in registering the documents presented by the petitioners' pertaining to subject lands, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the subject matter in the writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Full Bench of this court in VINJAMURI RAJAGOPALA CHARY vs. STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND OTHERS1. He stated that following the principles laid down in the judgment of the Full Bench, Government have issued G.O.Ms.No.300 Revenue (ASSN-I) Department dated 5.7.2016 appointing the Committee to consider the grievance of the persons affected by notifications under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the Full Bench Judgment of this court. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench of this court in VINJAMURI RAJAGOPALA CHARY vs. STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH AND OTHERS (1 supra) and also the Division Bench judgment of this court in W.P.No.25033/2014 and batch dated 29.2.2016.
