The averments made in the writ affidavit go to show that the writ petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. But, the petitioner does not state in the affidavit about personal interest in the matter. In view of same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to agitate his grievance by way of filing Public Interest Litigation. No order as to costs.
