ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings Rc.No.A2/1680/05-3 dated 16.06.2006 and consequential action of respondent No.3 in issuing the proceedings in Rc.No.Nil/2006 dated 27.06.2006 stopping (terminating) the services of petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from the same being in violation of principles of natural justice".

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this Court, in similar circumstances, allowed W.P.No.14169 of 2006 by order dated 11.04.2016, with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law by issuing prior notice to petitioner. The same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 11.04.2016 in W.P.No.14169 of 2006. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
