HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13393 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in refusing to receive the application of the petitioner for building permission to construct a new building by dismantling the existing building, on the pretext of non-enclosing the TSLR Certificate and No Objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner for building permission without insisting for TSLR certificate and No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Authorities. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 03.12.2009, passed by this Court in WP.No.26364 of 2009 and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.12.2009, passed by this Court in WP.No.26364 of 2009.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
