SKK,J Crl.P_15467_2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A3 in connection with Crime No.63 of 2016 of Koyyur Police Station, Karimnagar District registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 IPC.

From a perusal of the complaint, there are direct allegations leveled against the petitioner who humiliated the deceased, as a result, she consumed pesticide which was available in the house and committed suicide on 23.09.2016 at 09:00 a.m. In the complaint, it is also stated that on 22.09.2016 at about 08:00 a.m., when the wife of the complainant was returning home after attending nature calls, the petitioner started abusing her saying that " where is that her husband is hidden" . This matter was already placed before the elderly members on whose advice the parties decided not to quarrel each other, however the petitioner did not bend upon.

Keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioner and as the alleged offence is under Section 306 IPC, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
