Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the issue raised in this writ petition was previously held against the petitioners in W.P.No.17478 of 2018 and batch vide order dated 17.09.2018. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
