This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.71 of 2015 of Mulkanur Police Station, Karimnagar District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad, and Spl.S.C.No.154 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
