Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for respondents.

2. It is stated by both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by judgment dt.21-12-2015 in W.P.No.40260 of 2015.

Therefore the Writ Petition is allowed and the 4th respondent is directed to refund the application fee deposited by the petitioners for the A4 shop notified at Gazette Serial No.276 i.e. Mutukula village, Pullala Cheruvu Mandal, Prakasham District, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of making deposit till date of payment. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
