This Writ petition is filed in the year 2007 by the writ petitioner. This Court on 27.12.2007 has granted interim stay in WPMP.No.3663 of 2007.

The Counsel for the writ petitioner, Ms.Priyanka Singh, appearing on behalf of Ms.K.Udaya Sri, fairly submits that in view of the compliance of the interim direction of this Court dated 27.12.2007 and since the writ petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, no further orders required.

Learned Counsel for the respondent Corporation, Sri.Gaddam Srinivas is also present and also prays for the same.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsels, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the writ petitioner to work out the remedies as available under the law, if necessary as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand dismissed.
