THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13716 OF 2019 ORDER:

Petitioner filed online application dated 20.03.2019 for demarcation of the land to an extent of 5 acres in survey No.321 of Gudidoddi Village H/o.Yapadinne, Ieeja Mandal. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. The receipt of on-line application made by the petitioner is filed as Ex.P.11.

Since the said application is already filed and pending, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-The Mandal Surveyor, Ieeja Mandal, to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
