HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 27915 of 2009 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent by allegedly encouraging strangers to interfere in civil disputes.

2. This Court, by an order dated 22.12.2009, directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in an extent of Ac.26-00 and Ac.10-00 in Survey No.1007/A, situated at Kaitalapur village, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, without following the due process of law.

3. After passing the said interim order, the respondents 5 to 12 came on record, by an order passed in WPMP No.2865 of 2010, dated 11.03.2010. Learned counsel appearing for the said respondents 5 to 12 submits that after filing the present writ petition the petitioners filed OS No.1457 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, seeking permanent injunction.

4. Hence, in view of the pendency of the said matter and also in view of the interim order, the police shall not interfere in civil disputes except in accordance with law.

5. With the said observation, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
