O R D E R

This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 08.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.24673 of 2015 in W.P.No.19068 of 2015. The said order was passed in the context of the matrimonial dispute between the writ petitioner and the fifth respondent.

It is now stated that the issue has been settled between the parties and that the petitioner is no longer desirous of pursuing this Contempt Case.

In the light of the aforestated development, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the Contempt Case, which is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
