ORDER
Heard Sri M. Yeshwanth Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 2.
The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner for Shop No.317, Shivanagar, Warangal as per the orders passed by the 3rd respondent vide order dated 04.10.2016, as illegal, improper, null and void and consequently direct the 4th respondent to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner FPS No.317, Shivanagar, Warangal, forthwith". 3.
The respondents place on record the following instructions: "Further it is submitted that during the Re-organization of District/Divisions and Mandal the fair price of petitioner i.e., Smt Sundari Swapna, FP Shop No.317, Shivanagar was allotted to the Khila Warangal Mandal and it is coming under the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Khila Warangal and due to the technical problems of Mee-Seva the release order issued by the erstwhile Mandal i.e., Tahsildar, Warangal and issued release order in the name incharge dealer".

Petitioner submits that the person to whom the essential commodities have been allotted, in fact, has not lifted much less distributed the same to the cardholders.

The mistake in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner is admitted. It is for 3rd and 4th respondents to take necessary corrective steps and ensure continuation of supply of commodities by petitioner. The said steps are taken immediately.
SVB, J W.P.No.38300 of 2016 Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies is directed to communicate the gist of the order to 3rd and 4th respondents. 6.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
