THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI APPEAL SUIT No.1544 OF 1998 JUDGMENT:

As there was no representation for the appellants, on 30.10.2018, this Court directed to print the name of Ms. A. Sridevi, learned counsel, who also filed vakalat for the appellants/ defendants, and list the appeal, on 08.11.2018. When the appeal was taken up on that day, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, this Court directed to post the matter today under the caption "For dismissal".

Sri M.Ravindranath Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent, is present.

Yet again, there is no representation for the appellants. The conduct of the appellants indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the appeal suit.

In the result, the appeal suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
