Sri G.Rajesh, learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner, also agrees that the subject matter of this writ appeal is covered by the aforesaid judgments.

Following the aforesaid judgments, and in terms thereof, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
