THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2501 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 25.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.604 of 2015 in O.P.No.851 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional District Judge- cum- Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

The learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties have filed a deed of settlement -cum- memorandum of understanding in O.P.No.851 of 2015, in pursuance of which, the trail Court dissolved the marriage between the parties with consent. It is further submitted that the parties have also entered into a compromise with regard to the custody of the child. Both counsel, in one voice, submitted that in view of the subsequent events, which took place after filing of the present Civil Revision Petition, no further orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
