THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.6423 of 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the Respondent Nos 1 2 more particularly the Respondent No 2 in not receiving and accepting Petitioners Application for Pharmacist License for registration of her name as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 and also not issuing Certificate of Registration to the Petitioner despite the Petitioner is holding Graduation Degree Certificate in B Pharmacy from a Competent University CINTUH as arbitrary exfacie illegal highhanded by giving colourable exercise of their powers against principles of natural justice dereliction of duty and in violation of the Articles 14 of the Constitution of India and consequent direct the Respondents to receive the Petitioners Application for said Pharmacist License by issuing Certificate of Registration by registering Petitioners name as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 in the interest of justice." 2.

Today, when the matter is ordered, it is represented by the leasrned counsel that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22847 of 2007 dated 13.06.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

Following the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22847 of 2007 dated 13.06.2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof. As a As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
