HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31991 of 2013 And CONTEMPT CASE No.2012 of 2013 COMMON ORDER:

The WP.No.31991 of 2013 is filed to declare the bulletin issued by respondents 7 and 8 dated 06-11-2013 to conduct General Body Meeting on 08-11-2013 at BMACS Society, Office NO.449, Old MIG Phase No.1, R.C.Puram, Medak District as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the Byelaws No.17 (e) of the 5th respondent-society. On 08-11-2013, this Court granted interim direction to respondents 7 and 8 not to conduct the said meeting. Alleging violation of said order, the contempt case is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation submits that by the time, interim order is passed, the General Body Meeting is already over and the same was reiterated in the vacate stay petition. This Court granted interim order on 08-11-2013. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

A reading of the order dated 10-06-2014 goes to show that the interim order was vacated. As such, there is no violation of order passed by this Court in the writ petition.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition as well as the Contempt Case are closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open for him to agitate his rights in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of these cases, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
