On the previous occasion, ie. on 09.11.2018, when the Writ Petition came on Board, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, it was directed to be listed on 16.11.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, when the matter is called in pre-lunch session, there is no representation for the petitioner, so also during post-lunch session. Hence, there is no alternative for this Court except to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 27.02.2012 stands vacated.
