CVNR, J & TR, J CC 2366/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.06.09.2005 in A.S.M.P. No.1761 of 2005 in A.S. No.557 of 2005. At the hearing, Mr. B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the parties have settled the dispute and that therefore the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
