Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claim to have succeeded to the property i.e., land to an extent of Acs.7.16 guntas in Sy.No.70/EE situated at Mankal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner submitted representations on 30.10.2017 and 27.11.2017 for issuance of Pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said representations, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader points out that as part of Samagra Bhoo Survey, form 1-B information copy was issued on this survey number and he would further submit that the entire exercise is taken up and updating of revenue records is actively in progress; opportunity was also afforded to the petitioner to respond to such notice and to submit the documents in support of his claim, if there are any discrepancies. He would further submit that the entire process is actively persued by the Government and it would take some more time to finalize. At this stage it is premature for the petitioner to allege inaction on the part of respondents.

As seen from the documents filed at Page Nos.87, 89 and 91 against relevant survey numbers, the name of petitioner is reflected. Thus as of now, there is no cause for the petitioner to allege when larger exercise is undertaken by the Government and the entire revision of revenue records is under consideration. At

- 3 - this stage, it cannot be said that there is deliberate inaction on the part of the Government for this Court to entertain the writ petition and mandate the authorities to accede the request of the petitioner within the fixed time frame.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance if there is inordinate delay in granting the pattadar pass books and title deeds and before the sowing season commences, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
