Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.13386 of 2016 in W.P.No.10619 of 2016, dated 31-03-2016 have been complied with by the respondents and the petitioner herein has been reinstated into service, therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in this Contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed and respondents stand discharged.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
