B.N. Uma Maheswara Rao v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V. SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION(TR) NO.2674 OF 2017 ORDER:
Today, when the matter was taken-up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions despite several efforts and also submits that during the pendency of the writ petition(TR) the petitioner has retired from service and the cause in the writ petition (TR) would not survive for further adjudication. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same. 2.
Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed as infructuous.
3.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
