This appeal is filed by the appellant-A1 against the judgment, dated 27.11.2007 in S.C.No.209 of 2006 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State would submit that the appellant-A1 in this case namely Julakanti Srinivasa Reddy @ Moddu Srinu expired long back.

Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
