The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.1106 of 2005 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of on 07.08.2017. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
