Heard Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2.
These writ petitions are filed challenging the order of the Special Tribunal, dated 06.02.2021, primarily on the ground that the Special Tribunal disposed of the cases without issuing notices and giving opportunity of hearing.

When the matters are taken up, the learned counsel for petitioners submit that after filing of the writ petitions, the Special Tribunal has issued notices, fixing the date for hearing of the matters afresh by the Special Tribunal.

In view thereof, the cause in the writ petitions does not survive for consideration.

Writ petitions are accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to appear before the Special Tribunal and make their submissions in support of their claim. It is needless to observe that Special Tribunal shall afford opportunity of hearing, consider the submissions of parties and pass orders assigning reasons in support of its decision. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
