M/S Hindupur Vyapar Apparel Park, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep.By The Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.11873 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioners complain that respondents 2 to 4 are harassing them and requiring them to attend the 3rd respondent without there being any case registered against them.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that no complaint or case is registered against the petitioners with the 4th respondent Police Station and that the petitioners were never harassed nor called as alleged. It is also specifically stated that on enquiry, the dispute between the petitioners and respondents 5 and 6 appears to be civil dispute and the respondent police are nothing to do with the same.
In view of that, therefore, it is clear that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition merely on apprehension. Hence, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 01-05-2015 Prv
