On 6.11.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, and hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 17.11.2017, on which date also, there was no representation for the petitioners. Again, on 24.11.2017 and 27.11.2017, when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the petitioners. On 29.11.2017, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 4.12.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter came up for consideration in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioners. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
