Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.3.10 cents in Survey No.78/1 of Akaveedu Village, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District. He made application on 21.12.2016 to the Tahsildar, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District, for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Based on the application filed by the petitioner, according to him, Mandal Surveyor conducted survey on 24.12.2016 with regard to possession and enjoyment and submitted his report. The Tahsildar issued notice on 05.12.2017 informing the parties that physical inspection would be conducted on 08.12.2017. Thereafter, another notice was issued on 07.12.2017 informing that inspection would be conducted on 11.12.2017. Petitioner claims that there is no further progress after 11.12.2017. Hence, this Writ Petition. 3.

Notices issued by the Tahsildar are enclosed as Exs.P2 and P3 to the material paper book. It appears from a reading of these notices, the affected parties are also put on notice. 4.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Racharla Mandal, to finalize the issue pursuant to two notices dated 05.12.2017 and 07.12.2017 issued to the

petitioner after affording due opportunity to all the persons having interest in the subject property. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
