When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has filed this petition for quashing of the First Information Report in Crime No.513 of 2010 of Visakhapatnam IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam; that the police have already filed charge sheet in this case and the same was numbered as C.C.No.818 of 2012 on 15.09.2012 and the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and sought for dismissal. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
