THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NOS.13245 AND 13247 OF 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioners in these cases was that their original certificates were not being returned to them by the authorities of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, despite the fact that they were ready to pay the bond amount as agreed upon by them in the event they wished to leave the course midway. This Court took note of the fact that a similar issue arose for consideration in W.P.No.19840 of 2018 and following the interim direction granted therein, this Court, on 04.07.2019, ordered the University and the fourth respondent College to return the original documents of the petitioners upon payment of sums of Rs.

5,00,000/- each to the University. We are now informed that pursuant to the aforestated interim orders, the University has returned the original certificates of the petitioners. As the respondents have chosen to abide by the interim orders, the cause no longer survives in the light of the implementation thereof. We therefore find no grounds to entertain these writ petitions for adjudication on merits.

The writ petitions are accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
