When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order passed by this Court on 16.12.2011 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
