THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5893 OF 2016 ORDER:
Sri M.A.K. Mukheed, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused No.2, is present.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on filing of Charge Sheet, the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has taken cognizance of the offences in C.C.No.469 of 2014 and, therefore, the present Criminal Petition becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to mention that the petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate application.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
