THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13267 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is, he submitted a representation dated 15.04.2019 to respondent for not handing over the possession of the attached properties of the Wakf Institution, namely, Ashurkhana Chityal situated at Medak District, but, the respondent has not yet considered and passed orders thereon.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
