HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.630 OF 2013 ORDER:

By order in WPMP No.760 of 2013 dated 04.01.2013 this Court directed that, in case there is no complaint registered against the petitioner and there is no rowdy sheet opened against him, the petitioner shall be summoned by the respondents only after complying with the requirements of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Sri K. Jaya Kumar, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would summit that, in view of the aforesaid interim order, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
