When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein may be permitted to submit an explanation to the impugned show cause notice, dated 20.03.2018, and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit his explanation to the show cause notice, dated 20.03.2018, within a period of ten days from today. If any such explanation is made, the same be considered and appropriate further action be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
